• Matcho gives no guarantees about the accuracy of data such as scores, standings, or rankings.
• Errors, delays, and outages may occur.
• No rights can be derived from the content of the app.

3. No liability

Use of Matcho is entirely at your own risk.

Matcho is not liable for:

• incorrect results or calculations
• missed predictions
• technical issues or downtime
• loss of data
• direct or indirect damages

4. No gambling or money handling

Matcho does not facilitate betting, payments, or cash prizes.

Any arrangements between users, such as prize pools, take place entirely outside Matcho and at the users own responsibility.

Matcho is not involved in and is not responsible for such arrangements.

5. Accounts and use

Users are responsible for their own account and for how they use the app.

Matcho reserves the right to remove or block accounts in cases of misuse.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the app available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
